TraShanna (Tra') Sanchez is a Greensboro, North Carolina native with a degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University. She is the founder of Meticulous Design, where she focuses on thoughtful, residential design. Over the years she has dedicated her time to community service and civic engagement throughout the City of Raleigh. Her work is rooted in advocacy, equity, and creating meaningful spaces and experiences that support and empower communities.

With more than 20 years of experience helping businesses operate efficiently and grow, Chris Newton brings a unique blend of operational leadership, business development, and administrative expertise to Meticulous Design.
